Photography can be customized to
make your photos as special and as
individual as the memories you will
create. Below you’ll find the basic
wedding plan, but be sure to
contact Monica early to secure your
date and meet with her about the
unique details of your special day.
Your Special Day
Base Rate for Photos at the Wedding & Reception: $1,000
Includes:
- Up to 6 hours* of photography from the time the Photographer reaches location
- Up to 200 4”x5” proofs in a keepsake album
- Studio lights at your location to help prevent heavy shadows
- Your photos on the internet to view within one week of your ceremony
- OR for $1,400 you may optionally get 2 photographers and 300 proofs
- Up to 6 hours* of photography from the time the Photographer reaches location
- Up to 200 4”x5” proofs in a keepsake album
- Studio lights at your location to help prevent heavy shadows
- Your photos on the internet to view within one week of your ceremony
- OR for $1,400 you may optionally get 2 photographers and 300 proofs
* (please add $50.00 for each additional hour)
Other details:
- Groom, Groomsmen & Groom’s family photos will begin 90 minutes before the ceremony.
- The Bride’s Preparation shots will begin 30 minutes before the ceremony (if desired)
- Bride, Bridesmaids, Bride’s Family will be taken following the ceremony
- Full Bridal Party Photos will be taken following the ceremony
- Reception photos include:
- Groom, Groomsmen & Groom’s family photos will begin 90 minutes before the ceremony.
- The Bride’s Preparation shots will begin 30 minutes before the ceremony (if desired)
- Bride, Bridesmaids, Bride’s Family will be taken following the ceremony
- Full Bridal Party Photos will be taken following the ceremony
- Reception photos include:
The Bridal Party Entrance, First Dance, Mother/Father Dances, Bouquet Toss,
Garter Toss, Cutting the Cake & candids of the Bride & Groom having a good time

- All other photos must be requested in writing before the date so the photographer has a list to follow
- Flash photos during the ceremony will be taken at the discretion of the officiating clergy or official
- Ceremony photos can be reenacted after the ceremony if necessary
